2. What do these General Terms and Conditions apply to?

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website, quote requests, contacting us, and booking a free online consultation appointment. The purpose of the website is to introduce the service provider, facilitate contact, and prepare for a potential collaboration.

Using the website itself does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a contract. Sending the contact form or booking an appointment does not yet create a separate service agreement between the parties.

3. Who is the website intended for?

The website is primarily intended for companies and sole entrepreneurs. The services and information available through the website support business-related contact and communication.

4. Contact and quote requests

The website provides the option to fill in a contact form or send an inquiry by email. The purpose of such inquiries is to contact us and request a quote, not to automatically place an order.

The Service Provider processes incoming inquiries and responds at its own discretion, and, if necessary, prepares a quote. Any actual collaboration is always established on the basis of separate consultation, a separate quote, or a separate agreement.

5. Online appointment booking

The purpose of the online appointment booking available on the website is to arrange a free online consultation. Appointment booking is part of the contact process and does not in itself mean that a contract has automatically been concluded.

If the booked appointment is no longer suitable, the Service Provider appreciates it if cancellation or modification takes place no later than 24 hours in advance. This is a request for cooperation and, considering the free nature of the consultation, does not involve any separate payment obligation.

6. Information available on the website

The content published on the website is for informational purposes only. The Service Provider strives to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, or applicable to every individual situation at all times.

If there is any discrepancy between the information on the website and a later individual quote or agreement, the individual quote or separate agreement shall always prevail.

7. User responsibility

The user of the website is required to provide accurate data when contacting us or booking an appointment. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any problems arising from the user providing incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate data.

The website must not be used in an unlawful, abusive, or disruptive manner.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous and secure operation of the website, but shall not be liable for technical errors caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as internet connection failures, server errors, or temporary outages of external services. This applies especially to functions connected to external service providers.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for a missed consultation or any other consequence if it results from incorrect data provided by the user, late cancellation, or the user’s own technical circumstances. The limitation of liability rules do not affect cases where liability is mandatorily prescribed by law.

9. Complaint handling

Comments and complaints related to the use of the website or the operation of the Service Provider may be sent to info@vallalkozoseged.hu. The Service Provider will send its response to the email address of the sender of the incoming message.

10. Copyright

The texts, images, graphic elements, logos, and other content displayed on the website are used by the Service Provider or with the permission of the rights holder and may be protected by copyright. Their unauthorized copying, distribution, or use for business purposes is not permitted.

11. Data processing

The detailed rules regarding the processing of personal data provided during the use of the website are set out in the separately published Privacy Policy. The rules concerning the contact form, online appointment booking, use of cookies, and the exercise of data subject rights are described there in detail.

These General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are complementary documents, but they serve different purposes. These General Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website and the conditions of contacting us, while the rules for processing personal data are contained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modification of the General Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content of these General Terms and Conditions, especially in the event of changes in legislation, changes to the services, or changes in the operation of the website. The current version is always the text published on the website.

13. Governing law

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve any disputes amicably.
