A virtual assistant /VA/ is an experienced person who supports your business remotely. It is like having a “right hand” who takes background tasks off your shoulders — administration, organization, client management, or even managing your social media presence — so you can spend more time with your family and be the true driving force behind your business.
Who is it recommended for?
✅ Mom entrepreneurs who are trying to manage both their business and family life
✅ Entrepreneurs who want to spend more time on what truly matters — clients and value creation
✅Those who appreciate having someone bring structure into everyday operations and help keep deadlines on track
✅Those who do not want to hire a full-time employee but need reliable support
Who is it not recommended for?
❌Those who cannot or do not want to delegate tasks because they feel they have to do everything themselves
❌Those who do not want to share confidential information — even though this is essential for effective support
Because you do not have to maintain a full-time or part-time position: you only pay when I actually work for you. I can also flexibly support your existing team when more background work suddenly comes in.
If you do not fully use your VA package in a given month, you can automatically carry over up to 50% of your unused hours to the following month. I will do my best to schedule these credited hours as usual, but if, exceptionally, there is no capacity available, I will let you know in advance, and they can be carried over once more to the month after that. If you regularly do not use your full monthly allowance, I will recommend switching to a smaller package — this way our agreement stays flexible, and you do not pay for hours you do not need.
No problem. If you exceed the monthly hours included in your chosen package, the extra hours will be invoiced in addition to your package fee at the listed hourly rate /HUF 6,500 per hour/. If you exceed your package hours for two consecutive months, we will automatically switch to the next higher package.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer, both for package-based services and for one-off or project-based work. This ensures predictability for both of us: a fixed, planned cost for you, and guaranteed availability from our side.
My work is not simply “assistant time” — it is a partnership. This means I do not only carry out what you ask for, but I also think about the success of your business and proactively look for the best solutions for you.
→ Full attention to your business — as if it were my own.
→ Fast adaptation: learning new programs and systems is not a matter of weeks for me, but hours /and I pay for the pro versions of the tools I use/.
→ Tried-and-tested methods developed over years in organization and administration.
→ Peace of mind: you know that your background tasks are in safe hands, while you can focus on what truly matters.
→ This is not a cost, but an investment: every hour I take over frees up hours for you or your team.
Real life as an entrepreneur mom cannot be measured in perfectly rounded hours. Ten hours per month is often too little, while twenty may already feel like more than you would commit to at first. The 15-hour package is just enough for you to feel the relief, 25 hours provides stable support, and with 35 hours, you get real peace of mind and predictability.
A mom knows exactly where it hurts: there is no time, deadlines keep slipping, and background tasks drain your energy. I am a bit like a pediatrician for your business: first, we look at what the problem is, then we make a diagnosis, and I give you a remedy — structure, clarity, and easier everyday operations. And you finally have time left for healing hugs, not just Google Sheets.
We discuss your needs online, choose the package that suits you best, or in the case of a one-off collaboration, you receive a fixed quote or hourly rate — and then the “rescue mission” begins. Before every collaboration, we sign a service agreement and a confidentiality declaration. For me, data security is not an extra — it is the foundation.
I send the service agreement by email in PDF format. The partner signs it officially /with signature and company name, and with a stamp if needed — for sole entrepreneurs, DÁP may also be used/ and sends it back by email. This process is in line with industry practice and qualifies as a written agreement.
Mostly online: by email and through shared documents and platforms /Google Drive, Asana, Slack, etc./. This way, you can always keep track of where we are with the tasks.
Yes, we provide our services as registered sole entrepreneurs and can issue invoices. Before I begin the work, we sign a service agreement in which all important details about the tasks and conditions are recorded, so everything is clear for both of us. There is no fine print.
Of course!
We use the Toggl Track time-tracking app to record the time worked. At the agreed intervals, we send you status reports detailing the tasks completed. These reports provide clear and accurate transparency.
During the consultation, we discuss what you need, how we can work together, and we move forward step by step. We can start with a smaller project to see whether we’re a good fit, then gradually increase the number of hours as needed.
With honest communication, we can avoid misunderstandings. But if it comes to that, we will close the collaboration fairly — no hard feelings, only lessons learned. For ongoing collaborations, the notice period is 30 days.
No, but they are our primary target group because we understand exactly what they are facing, and supporting them is especially close to our hearts. We are also happy to support other entrepreneurs, subject to an individual consultation and mutual fit.
