5. Online appointment booking
An embedded Google Calendar appointment booking system operates on the website. When using this system, the Data Controller processes the family name, given name, and email address of the data subject. The purpose of data processing is to arrange the online meeting appointment, respond to the inquiry, and prepare a possible quote.
Providing the data is necessary for the completion of the appointment booking. The legal basis for data processing may be the consent of the data subject or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. The Data Controller processes the data for 1 year from the closure of the contact or quotation process.
During appointment booking, an automatic confirmation email may be sent from Google’s system. The use of the embedded Google service may also be subject to Google’s own privacy terms.

The Data Controller uses a hosting provider and an email service provider to operate the website. Rackhost Zrt. may access personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.

The embedded Google Calendar used for online appointment booking may participate in the process as a technology service provider. Therefore, certain data processing matters related to the use of Google services may also be governed by Google’s own policies.

The Data Controller does not independently transfer personal data outside the European Union. However, when using the embedded Google service, Google’s own data processing and technology terms may apply. Therefore, data subjects are also advised to review the relevant information provided by Google.

The Data Controller retains personal data processed in connection with complaint handling for 1 year from the closure of the complaint. The response to the complaint will be sent to the sender email address used by the data subject.
11. Rights of data subjects
The data subject is entitled to request information about the processing of their personal data, request access to the data concerning them, request the rectification or deletion of such data, request the restriction of data processing, and, in certain cases, object to data processing and request data portability. The data subject is entitled to withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
